In order to secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required. Total payment for your stay is required on arrival. No reduction for early departure or late arrival. For long weekends and the Christmas and New Year Period, a minimum stay is required. Management retains the right to alter cabin or site arrangement if required. Management reserves the right to alter tariff without notice.

Permission to draw on your card is given with confirmation of your booking. A 2.5% surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $25.00 applies per unit/site cancelled to all cancelled bookings. Deposits can be refunded for cancellations up to 14 days (low/mid season) or 30 days (peak/high season) prior to the arrival date. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations less than 14 days (low/mid season) or 30 days (peak/high season) prior to arrival.

Bookings are non-transferable and there are no refunds for inclement weather. Read our Park policies.
